I had a lot of fun filming this video with Chef Sandra Mallut. I've had the pleasure of working with her the past week and immediately knew when I first met her that I wanted her to be in my video. She has done a lot in the industry and has a lot of experience. She also has a lot of very interesting stories to tell.
Anyway, this class had really helpful and I've learned so much about things that are relevant to exactly what I'm doing at work right now. Thanks so much for everything, Alice! :)
